Frequently Asked Questions

How do you guarantee results?

We get to know all the 'Mastermindee's' over the course of the sessions, this means that the advice given in the classroom sessions can be tailored to suit the attendees, and with the 1-2-1 sessions in between classroom sessions individuals get the chance to ask questions and work through issues in a confidential and supportive environment.

In addition, the attendees also have lifetime access to a portal of documents that they can use as they work through the HR role in their business.

How quickly will I see results?

Depending on where you are in your employment journey, you could expect to see results within the first month. We work through the modules in order, starting with recruitment. So if that is where your current challenge is then we’ve got you from Day 1. Don't forget you also have regular 1-2-1’s with Emma so if you have an issue and we’re not there yet, we can always sneak a peek ahead and get you through it.

How much of your time do we get?

As much as it takes. We only work with a limited number of clients at any one time, which provides us with capacity to provide all the resource required to hit your goals, from in-house marketers, cold callers and dedicated inbox managers.

What do you need from me?

I need you to commit to the sessions wherever possible, I know that life gets in the way sometimes and thats one of the reasons why the calls are recorded but nothing beats the live sessions. I also need you to be open with the group and trust the confidentiality that comes with the Mastermind, what is discussed in the sessions stays in there sessions so trust in me and your fellow mastermindees and bring your issues to the table in all their messy glory. We can (usually) make things better - I promise.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Once the six months are up, it’s up to you. Many past attendees are happy to manage the day to day HR on their own, just checking in with us as and when there is something that feels to big to deal with alone, others find that regular support from Emma and the team is something that they would benefit from and move to a different arrangement. Others of course fly solo and do all the good things on their own.

How do I find out more?

Simple … you can follow the link and watch the taster session, this gives you an idea of the style and pace of the classroom sessions (although of course this is only a taster of what we cover in much more depth in the Mastermind) alternatively you can drop me an e-mail and we can arrange a time to chat and answer any questions that you might have … it’s entirely up to you.
